My wife and I are new tenants at 1000 Chestnut - unit **-*. We found the property just by driving around one afternoon in late August and noting the sign in front. We walked in and Ben the doorman suggested we meet with Brian Hsieh, who stopped whatever else he was doing (paperwork, he didn't stall an appointment) and gave us a super tour of the building and explained how it worked, etc.

We were very impressed because of course from the exterior it is hard to tell what a building will in fact be like inside. While it is a given that the building is older, it is clear that Brian and Trinity are trying to keep it as clean and functional as possible. The "a la carte" approach to amenities meets our needs perfectly because we were looking for a place to use periodically while we evaluate getting a place of our own. But this may be that place for some time!

After our tour, Brian suggested we stay in touch to evaluate possible options that might be coming up and lo and behold this unit became available on October 1st. Brian handled all of the paperwork quickly and in part remotely since we live most of the time in Kentucky.

Upon arrival, the place was clean, it was clear that an effort had been made to make everything sparkle. The expected details to be attended to were handled almost immediately. A big plus for us and a demonstration of Brian's attention to detail and good working relationship with the maintenance staff and outside vendors.

Needless to say we are happy and settled now (just filled out the walk-through papers.) I can't stop without complementing not only Brian but ALL of the door staff, the maintenance staff, and the cleaning people.
