We are seeking a full-time experienced Property Manager. This is a Monday thru Friday 8-5 position that does not require the manager to live on site as this is NOT an option.

Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 years experience in Residential Management experience
- Experience with managing 200+ units
-Knowledgeable of San Francisco Rent Laws
-Strong computer skills
-Strong initiative and problem solving skills
-Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Must be willing to be flexible
- YARDI experience a plus

Ideal candidate should be a self-starter, good at multi-tasking and problem solving. Must possess attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
